Let’s Meet To Talk Real Estate

When you meet with me the first time, we will preview the house and make suggestions to get the home ready to be on the market, discuss price, and any concerns you have, we will also discuss getting you ready to pack and the move. we will set up a date to put the property on the market

In our second meeting, You will be signing the agreement, disclosures/disclaimers, we will agree on a date for the photographer to get pictures and videos of the home after the home has been cleaned, decloreded and is ready for the photographer.

On my third visit to your home, I will be at the house to make sure the house is ready for the photographer answer any last questions you may have. The day after the photographer, the house goes on the Market.

Once I receive an offer, I will call or meet with you to discuss the offer, I will give you an estimate of proceeds and if you agreeon the offer you have received we will proceed by signing and the house goes under contract, or we may negotiate the terms of the offer until both parties come to an agreement.

After the house is under contract, the buyer may want to do inspections, I may be present for the inspections if you so deem necessary for me to be present. after the inspections, buyer may send a list of repairs, we will negotiate repairs. after that I will get a call from the buyers appraisal to appraise the property, most of the times the house appraises if it does not appraises we can negotiate price or terms of contract again. after the appraisal report is turned it, and there are no repairs and the house has appraised for the asking price, WE GO TO THE CLOSING TABLE! YEA!!!!

It usually takes 30 days to close, most of that time is need by the buyer’s lender to process the loan the title company can get things done in 2 weeks the inspections only take 2 -4 hours depending on the size of the house and the amenities it has.

The closing in average takes 70 MINUTES.

After the closing of your home, I will keep in touch with you by post cards, annual calendars and birthday gifts.
